1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CrewVault Pro (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Authorized use

CrewVault Pro is intended for use by roofing and home-service companies and their authorized personnel to manage leads, jobs, crews, compliance, documents, and related operational activity. You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to CrewVault Pro, including leads, job details, photos, documents, and notes ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit it. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the App's functionality to you and your organization.

5. Intellectual property

CrewVault Pro, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information in connection with the App, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party infrastructure or services to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services not directly controlled by us.

8. Availability

We aim to keep CrewVault Pro available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewVault Pro and its owners, officers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CrewVault Pro if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CrewVault Pro's operating business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable local law.
