CrewVault Pro ("CrewVault Pro," "we," "us," or "our") provides a contractor management platform for roofing and home-service companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the CrewVault Pro app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CrewVault Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
To provide the app's functionality, we collect the following categories of information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical address
- Photos or videos you add to leads, jobs, or projects
- Other user content, such as notes, documents, and activity you enter into the app
- User ID (an identifier associated with your account)
This information is linked to your identity as part of providing your account and the features of the app.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above solely for app functionality — that is, to operate, maintain, and provide the features of CrewVault Pro, including lead management, job management, crew and contractor management, compliance tracking, document and photo storage, and activity history. We do not use this information for tracking purposes as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
4. How information is stored and processed
Information you enter into CrewVault Pro is stored and processed in order to make it available to you and your organization within the app, including across your devices. We take reasonable steps intended to protect information within our systems, as described further in the Security section below.
5. How information may be shared
We do not sell your information. Information may be shared when necessary to provide the service, comply with the law, protect the rights, property, or safety of CrewVault Pro, our users, or others, or as otherwise disclosed to you. Within your organization's CrewVault Pro account, information you enter may be visible to other authorized members of your team or company, consistent with how the app is designed to be used.
6. Tracking
CrewVault Pro does not use the information described in this policy to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not use it for advertising purposes.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. You can update much of your information directly within the app. For requests we can't fulfill in-app, contact us using the information below.
8. Data and account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated information at any time by contacting privacy@crewvaultpro.com. We will take reasonable steps to process deletion requests, though we may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to help protect information handled by CrewVault Pro. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
CrewVault Pro is intended for business use by adults working in the roofing and home-service industries. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of CrewVault Pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
